The ESPEC LC series drying cabinets are equipped with a high-quality steel plate powder-coated shell, an inner stainless steel mirror panel, a high-temperature silicone compression device, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment in high-temperature environments. This design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the equipment but also improves its durability and safety.
Temperature Control and Performance:
This series of drying cabinets adopt a digital PID temperature and humidity control regulator, featuring precise temperature control capabilities. The set range is 0 ± 260℃, and the display method is LED digital display. The sensing element is a K-type thermocouple. The temperature fluctuation is ± 1℃, and the temperature uniformity varies under different temperature conditions. For example, the temperature uniformity of LC-213 and LC-223 is 100 ± 2℃, while that of LC-233 is 200 ± 4℃. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an over-temperature protection function to prevent damage to samples or the equipment due to excessive temperature.
Circulation Mode and Working Environment:
The LC series drying cabinets mainly adopt a hot air circulation mode, and some models also support horizontal laminar flow circulation. The working environment temperature range is +5℃ to +35℃, and the temperature range is from the ambient temperature +20℃ to +250℃. The temperature rise time is within 60 minutes (ambient temperature ~ +150℃) and within 90 minutes (ambient temperature ~ +250℃).
Safety and Protection Functions:
This series of drying cabinets have multiple safety protection devices, including a leakage circuit breaker for power supply, an electric motor temperature protection switch, and a temperature fuse. In addition, the equipment has a timing function, with a setting range of 0.1 to 999.9 hours, which is convenient for users to set according to experimental requirements.
