Precise environmental simulation: The nominal wire diameter of the metal screen is 50um, and the nominal spacing between wires is 75um, which can accurately simulate the size of dust particles. The dust content in the chamber can be adjusted from 0 to 2Kg/m³, and the air flow speed can be adjusted from 2 to 10m/s. It can create different dust concentrations and air flow speeds according to different test requirements. • Stable temperature control: The temperature inside the chamber can be adjusted within the range of RT + 5℃ to 35℃. It is equipped with a Japanese high-precision physical RKC digital display instrument and Pt100 testing sensor, which can ensure that the temperature inside the chamber is stable within the set range. • Automatic dust addition and removal: It has a quantitative dust addition system, and the automatic addition amount is 3 to 100g per time (please specify when ordering), which can precisely control the amount of dust added. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic dust removal system, and the equipment can automatically remove/discard the dust after the test, and it can be set according to requirements.
