The product features an energy-saving design with an intelligent automatic conversion expansion system that automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow based on the load and matches the heating and cooling (load) with the intelligent electric heating power data value (%). This design can save over 30% of electricity compared to traditional designs. The insulation layer is made of high-strength fire-resistant and flame-retardant PU polyurethane foam insulation material from Bayer, Germany. Traditional designs use ordinary PU polyurethane foam without fire resistance or flame retardancy. The evaporator is designed with a slope-type all-copper finned evaporator, which has a faster heat exchange effect, is corrosion-resistant, does not deliquesce, and can be used stably for a long time. The controller is designed by HAITUO with an industrial control architecture, offering extremely high reliability and stability.

Control System
Calculation control: Adopting intelligent microcomputer PID + SSR/SCR, it can automatically output in both forward and reverse directions synchronously. It contains advanced slope control logic, ensuring stable and precise control accuracy.
Controller: The controller adopts the TFT LCD display independently developed by Haituo, which has very high reliability.
Self-calibration function: The controller is equipped with a self-calibration function to ensure its linear stability.
Data setting: The touch screen human-machine interface dialog box setting mode is simple and clear in operation process. It has built-in program directory management, which is convenient for the establishment, modification, query or execution of various test names and program data.
Program capacity: 1000 groups of programs x 1000 segments. The number of segments required for each program can be divided arbitrarily, and each group of programs can be freely connected.
Cycle setting: Each operation program can be executed for 9999 times or an infinite number of times in a loop. Moreover, 5 additional segments can be divided from the operation program to execute partial loops.
Operation mode: It has three operation modes: constant value, program, and connection, which can meet various temperature test conditions.
Control method: Adopting intelligent microcomputer PID + SSR/SCR, it can automatically output in both forward and reverse directions synchronously, with stable and precise control accuracy. It also contains advanced slope control logic to prevent condensation on the test sample.
Curve display and collection: The set value and actual value curves are displayed in real time. It can be printed after processing by a computer.
Scheduled start: All test conditions can be set for scheduled startup. The execution time can be set by year, month, day and minute.
Operation lock: During system operation, the lock start/stop function key can be used to prevent other personnel from accidentally touching and causing the system to shut down.
Operation accumulation: It has a cumulative display of total operation time, which can be used as a reference for system operation accumulation and remind the operator of the maintenance time of the machine.
