SR280 是 Boxcar 平均器系统主机。主机与 NIM（核仪器模块）兼容，有 12 个插槽。最右侧的 3 个插槽由显示模块和非稳压电源填充，剩下 9 个插槽用于其他 NIM 模块。直流电源稳压器安装在主机后部的散热器上。
显示模块具有三种类型的仪表。模拟仪表用于“峰值化”实验信号。数字电压表提供数字读数。“数字保持”按钮可用于保持数字仪表的读数。20 段条形图显示可用于显示快速变化的数据。
The SR280 is the Boxcar averaging system host. The console is compatible with NIM (Nuclear Instrument Module) and has 12 slots. The three slots on the far right are filled by the display module and the unregulated power supply, and the remaining nine slots are used for other NIM modules. The DC power supply regulator is installed on the radiator at the rear of the main engine.
