Product Description:
The Chroma Meter CL-200A is a compact, lightweight, handheld instrument for measuring the colour and illuminance of light sources and displaying the results in terms of tristimulus values, illuminance, chromaticity, dominant wavelength, excitation purity, correlated colour temperature, and difference values from a target.
The CL-200A can also be configured to operate multiple measurement heads at once through a single instrument or simply to operate a single head remotely, excluding the shadows and reflections from the operator from measurement data.
The included CL-S10w software adds further versatility, including LED ranking, correlated colour temperature, and multi-point or user calibration.
Features:
-
Portable and traceable: small, light and designed for single handed operation, the CL-200A is powered by AA batteries for user convenience. The instrument can also be operated by AC power or controlled via the PC software dependent on requirements.
-
Detachable receptor head: the operator can utilise the optional remote receptor head set to operate the measurement head at distance, eliminating the influence of operator shadows or reflections from the measurement data.
-
Expedite routine measurement: the instrument can operate up to 30 measurement heads simultaneously over a large area (requires AC power) saving the data for each head into the CL-S10w software for analysis and reporting.
-
Entry level solution for QC of white LED: the CL-200A is able to provide data to not only control the brightness of white LEDs but also chromaticity and colour temperature (the CS-10w software includes an LED binning function) providing a basic system for inspection of individual chips or assemblies.
Applications:
-
Checking the illuminance, chromaticity, dominant wavelength, and correlated colour temperature of various kinds of light sources including organic EL lighting (OLED), LEDs, etc.
-
