The Stanford Research System IGC100 ion vacuum gauge controller is a high-precision controller that can provide pressure measurement and process automation in a single instrument. It measures the pressure from the Bayard-Alpert ionization gauge, convection-enhanced Pirani gauge and capacitive manometer, providing uninterrupted pressure readings from 1000 Torr to UHV.
The IGC100 features a touchscreen display that can show data in multiple formats, including pressure and time curves. It has built-in relays for process control and several multi-purpose input/output ports.
