The Keysight 4156C Precision Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer is a high-accuracy laboratory benchtop solution for advanced device characterization. The 41501B Expander extends the instrument's measurement range to 1A/200V and adds a low noise ground unit and dual pulse generator to the 4156C.
You can also control the 4155B/C or 4156B/C parameter analyzer from a PC using Desktop EasyEXPERT software. The new Keysight Desktop EasyEXPERT software provided with the 4155C/4156C can also control the Keysight 4155B/C and 4156B/C parameter analyzers.
