The Infiniium DSO90000 series features industry-leading technology that delivers superior oscilloscope performance beyond specifications. Custom software for accelerated measurement tasks can be fully integrated into the oscilloscope application for seamless operation. Hardware acceleration helps measure speed and throughput. And our RF and detection experts have ensured that you get the most accurate measurement results every time, with less interference to the oscilloscope, and that the probe can operate over the entire bandwidth of the oscilloscope.
