Product Introduction:
The SR620 measures time intervals, frequencies, pulse widths, rise and fall times, cycles, phases and events. The measured time interval is 25 ps RMS resolution, making the SR620 counter resolution. Frequencies were measured from 0.001 Hz to 1.3 GHz, with gates ranging from 1 phase to 500 seconds. The SR620 provides frequency resolution of up to 11 bits within one second, making it suitable for measurement applications from short-term phase-locked loop jitter to long-term drift of atomic clocks. All measurement modes support a variety of flexible arming and triggering options.
