Versatile universal SEM with a new intuitive user interface utilizing an operating screen and touch screen. The elemental analysis of EDS has been fully integrated. A low-vacuum mode is included in the standard configuration for easy observation of non-conductive materials without pretreatment.

With the indicated button, the specimen can be replaced smoothly after installing the motorized stage (optional) and the stage navigation system (optional), the area of interest can be located, feeling just like operating a light microscope.
Installing the EDS guide ensures that analysis can be performed without hesitation (LA only).
