Instructions for use: It
can test static parameters of various diodes, transistors, field effect tubes, etc. In particular, the use of advanced digital storage technology, when the device under test is paired, the two-cluster curve display is convenient and reliable; when testing high-power devices, the single-shot method is used to make the device under test full power simulation work only once, to avoid the device due to testing. Cause damage. After equipped with 5KV test bench, Vc reaches 5KV.

  • 0-8V / 10A
  • 0-32V / 3A
  • 0-120V / 1A
  • 0-500V / 0.2A
  • TEK572-D1 graphic instrument, voltage 500V, current 10A, storable, dual cluster display
  • TEK572-D2 graphic instrument, voltage 500V, current 10A

  • Test high-power devices, safe and reliable
  • Dual cluster display
  • The maximum test power is nearly 100W
  • Ladder voltage 20V, internal resistance of ladder signal generator 1Ω
  • Therefore, it is especially suitable for high-power VMOS tube testing
  • Maximum Vc up to 5000V (optional)
