Product Description:
The Tek MDO3024 is a powerful mixed-domain oscilloscope. The MDO3024 has 4 analog channels, with a base bandwidth of 200 MHz and an upgradeable maximum bandwidth of 1 GHz. All channels support a sampling rate of 2.5 GS/s, and it comes with a standard recording length of 10 M. It integrates various functions such as spectrum analyzer, arbitrary function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, and digital voltmeter/counter, making it a 6-in-1 instrument. This oscilloscope is equipped with a 9-inch WVGA color touchscreen, and the front panel features a TekVPI probe interface, supporting automatic identification of active, differential, and current probes.
Product Features:
High-performance indicators: 200 MHz bandwidth and 2.5 GS/s sampling rate, capable of accurately capturing and displaying various signals. Each channel has a 10M record length, allowing for the capture of long signal activities while maintaining fine timing resolution.
Mixed signal analysis capability: Supports joint triggering of analog and digital channels, equipped with MagniVu technology, providing 121.2 ps fine timing resolution on digital channels, enabling precise measurement of setup/hold times, facilitating the debugging and analysis of mixed signal systems.
High functional integration: Integrates multiple instrument functions into one unit, such as spectrum analyzer (standard frequency range is 9kHz - 200MHz, optional 9kHz - 3GHz), arbitrary waveform generator (13 predefined waveform types, capable of generating 50MHz waveforms, with 128k arbitrary generator record length and 250MS/s arbitrary generator sampling rate), protocol analyzer (supports multiple serial buses such as I2C, SPI, etc.), etc. One instrument can meet various testing requirements.
