The PXY-5113 oscilloscope has two channels and a sampling rate of up to 3 GS/s. Coupling, input impedance, voltage range and filtering can be flexibly set through programming. The PXI oscilloscope also features multiple trigger modes, high-capacity on-board memory, and an instrument driver for high-speed data transmission. It also has multiple built-in analysis functions. This device is an ideal choice for fully automated and partially automated applications that require flexible measurement configurations and up to 500 MHz analog bandwidth. Pxy-5113 also has advanced PXI synchronization and data throughput functions.
