The SCS530n is an online terahertz sensor head (model marked as Online Sensor CID1) under the T-Gauge® series of Luna Innovations. It mainly features single-side reflection-based online non-contact measurement, specifically designed for online monitoring of multi-layer material thickness, density, and defects in high-speed production lines. It is suitable for continuous process control and quality inspection in industrial scenarios such as plastics, coatings, and composite materials.
