The DSOS054A S series oscilloscopes offer superior timebase, front end and ADC technology modules. This gives you a platform with up to 16-bit resolution, low noise, low jitter and high ENOB, giving you an idea of the true performance of your device. The core of the oscilloscope is a 20-layer acquisition board with 16 custom ASics and FPgas. New technology modules provide superior signal integrity. The utility of a high-resolution ADC depends on a low noise front end that supports additional quantization levels.
The DSOS054A S series oscilloscope uses advanced FPGA for fast and accurate signal processing. The technology enables the fastest deep memory responsiveness in the industry and provides additional hardware filtering for superior measurements. All four channels have a standard 100 Mpts/ channel at the same time, with optional up to 820 Mpts/ channel, allowing capture for long periods of time while maintaining fast sampling rates. The Keysight DSOS054A S series oscilloscope features a built-in spectrum viewer, controls, gated FFT, 10-bit ADC and excellent SFDR values, providing an excellent oscilloscope platform for FFT measurement.
