Product Description:
The TDS6000 series digital storage oscilloscopes offer high performance and a complete feature set designed to address design verification, commissioning and conformance challenges for next-generation computers, data communications and communication devices. High bandwidth, high sampling rate and deep memory also provide solutions for data acquisition applications. The TDS6000C DSO provides the acquisition architecture with a maximum sampling rate of 40 GS/s and a sample recording length of 64 megabytes on two channels (each of the four channels provides both 20GS/s and 32 megabytes of sampling) to meet the acquisition capabilities required by users. They provide the necessary combination of bandwidth, sampling rate, and recording length for the fastest signals.
The TDS6154C uses Tektron.net's proprietary advanced DSP enhancements to deliver matched 15 GHz performance over any two channels, which is important for high-speed interchannel measurements. User-selectable DSP filters on each channel provide amplitude and phase correction and extend the analog bandwidth to 15 GHz, enabling more accurate signal fidelity in high-speed measurements - capturing the fifth harmonics of the 3.125 GHz embedded clock used in the next generation 6.25 Gb/s serial data standard. And the third harmonics of the 5 GHz clock being developed for future systems. The DSP filter on each channel can also be turned off to take advantage of the true 12 GHz analog bandwidth for applications that require the highest available raw data capture. The TDS6000C series oscilloscope also integrates Pinpoint (TM) triggering, built-in analysis tools, technology-specific software solutions, Open Choice (R) analysis and differential detection with performance up to >12 GHz to provide users with a complete test solution.
