The maximum test range may be quite extensive, with an acceleration of 1,250 m/s², a speed of 2.2 m/s, a displacement of 51 mm, and a load mass of 1,000 kg. The standard upper support structure PS (Parallel Slope Guide) guide rails are provided. With low noise, the upper cover and air inlet are optimized using fluid dynamics design, significantly reducing the noise of air intake. The optimized magnetic circuit integrates cooling technology, enabling a force of 54 kN even with air cooling. It can be connected to all constant temperature and humidity chambers (direct connection at the bottom) for three comprehensive tests. The universal electric vibration test system (cold air) is one of the core devices developed for the simulator test in industrial-grade environments, mainly used to verify the vibration resistance performance of products in electronic, automotive, aerospace and other fields.

A high-performance moving-coil electric vibration table is adopted, equipped with a rare-earth permanent magnet excitation system, which enables high-precision vibration output (frequency range 5Hz to 2,000Hz), with a maximum thrust of up to 54kN.
Cooling technology: Innovatively combines the air-cooling systemized magnetic circuit with efficient heat dissipation fins. Even under high-load conditions (such as a 3-hour continuous 1,000kg load test), it can keep the temperature of the magnetic steel stable below 60℃, avoiding the complexity of maintenance associated with traditional water cooling systems.
Noise control: Through optimizing the design of the upper cover and air inlet based on fluid dynamics, the operating noise is ≤ 75 dB(A weighted), which is 10 dB lower than the industry average, and is suitable for long-term use in laboratory environments.
