Temperature range: The high-temperature range is from +60℃ to +200℃, and the low-temperature range is from -70℃ to 0℃. This can meet various extreme temperature testing requirements.
Temperature accuracy: The temperature control accuracy is high, reaching ±0.5℃, which can provide a stable and accurate temperature environment for the tests.
Temperature recovery conditions: A three-zone design is adopted. The high-temperature exposure to +200℃ can be completed within 15 minutes, and the low-temperature exposure to -65℃ can be completed within 15 minutes, enabling rapid temperature shock.
Energy-saving design: It has a newly developed energy-saving mode. It can automatically calculate the shortest preheating and pre-cooling working time of the equipment, reasonably adjust the system output, and reduce power consumption. At the same time, it adopts a parallel refrigeration system configuration. Through the bypass control technology of two small refrigerators, the output mode is controlled, and through the electronic expansion valve, precise output is achieved when the low-temperature exposure is stable, further saving energy consumption.
Air circulation system: The air volume, wind speed, and wind direction can be adjusted through the air distribution plate to ensure smooth air circulation. An additional surface temperature control function for the sample can be added to ensure that the sample temperature reaches the required time.
