Product Description:
The Espheck GPH-40 is a high-temperature test chamber, mainly used to provide a high-temperature testing environment for various products, components and materials. It is applicable to multiple industries such as automobiles, electronics and chemicals.
Temperature range: The temperature range of GPH-40 is (room temperature + 20℃) to +200℃. For the GPH-H40 model, the temperature range can reach (room temperature + 20℃) to +300℃.
Internal dimensions: The internal dimensions are 1000×1000×1000mm, with a volume of approximately 1000L, capable of accommodating a large number of test samples or larger-sized test objects.
External dimensions: Approximately 1730×1480×1275mm.
Box material: The outer shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plate with powder coating treatment, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The inner shell is made of stainless steel mirror plate or brushed plate, fabricated by argon arc welding, which is beautiful and easy to clean, and can adapt to high-temperature environments.
Sealing method: It adopts high-temperature silicone compression to ensure the sealing performance of the box, preventing heat loss and the entry of external dust.
Product Features:
Precise temperature control: It may adopt advanced control systems from Espereck, such as the Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control System (BTHC), which can keep temperature fluctuations within a small range, providing a stable and reliable temperature environment for the tests and ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
Good temperature uniformity: Usually, a forced hot air circulation system is adopted, which can make the temperature in the box evenly distributed, reduce temperature deviations, and ensure that the test samples are heated uniformly, thereby improving the reliability and repeatability of the test results.
