Product Description:
The Espheck GPH-H20 is a high-temperature test chamber, mainly used to meet the testing requirements of various products, components and materials in a constant high-temperature environment. It is applicable to industries such as aviation, automotive, and electronics.
Temperature range: (room temperature + 20℃) ~ +300℃, capable of providing a high-temperature testing environment.
Volume: The volume is approximately 216L, with an internal size of 600×600×600mm, which can accommodate a certain number of test samples.
Box material: The outer shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plate with powder coating treatment, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The inner shell is made of stainless steel mirror plate or brushed plate, fabricated by argon arc welding, which is beautiful and easy to clean, suitable for long-term use in high-temperature environments.
Sealing method: It adopts high-temperature silicone compression to ensure the sealing performance of the box, effectively preventing heat loss and avoiding the entry of external dust and other impurities into the box.
External dimensions: Approximately 1190×970×785mm, with a relatively small overall volume and less space occupation, suitable for most laboratory space layouts.
Product Features:
Control methods are diverse: two control methods, namely fixed value control and program control, are adopted. Fixed value control allows for automatic start and end settings, which is suitable for heat treatment and drying processes in production lines; program control offers 10 modes, with each mode having a 20-step program setting, which can meet the temperature characteristic tests with temperature rise and fall slope settings.
Temperature control is precise: equipped with an advanced control system, it can precisely control the temperature, keeping the temperature fluctuations within a small range, providing a stable and reliable temperature environment for the tests, and ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
