The Haituo HLY rain test chamber is mainly used to evaluate the performance of the enclosures and seals of electrical products under rain conditions. It can realistically simulate various environments such as dripping water, splashing water, spraying water, etc. The inner box offers multiple sizes to choose from, such as 800×800×800 (mm), 1000×1000×1000 (mm), etc. The test platform's rotational speed can be adjusted from 1 to 5 rpm, with a rotational platform diameter of φ300MM and a load of 20KG. The spray ring has a radius of 375mm, and the swing angle range of the spray pipe can be set to 45°, 90°, 120°, 180°, etc. Each spray hole has a flow rate of 0.07L/min ± 5%, and the spray pressure can be adjusted from 50 to 300Kpa. The test duration can be set within the range of 1 to 999,999 minutes. Operating control system: It adopts an independently developed touch screen PLC control system, along with flow meters, pressure regulating valves, etc. Through PLC, the stepper motor is driven to control the swing angle, which can be set and displayed arbitrarily, and a high-precision organic glass rotor flowmeter is equipped to display the flow rate. Structural material: The inner liner is a stainless steel mirror panel (SUS304), and the outer box is a stainless steel brushed panel (SUS304). The sample platform is equipped with a circular turntable, and the rotational speed can be adjusted.

Strong functional expansion: Some devices can be combined with high-temperature and low-temperature environment simulations to test the waterproof performance of products under extreme climates, such as testing the performance of car wipers in low-temperature rain showers, etc., meeting more types of testing requirements.
