Description:
The 2000W1000F model is a solid-state, Class A design, standalone, air-cooled, broadband power amplifier, specifically designed for applications requiring instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and linearity. It will provide at least 2000 W of power within the frequency range of 80 - 1000 MHz. It offers over 0 dBm input overload protection, as well as protection against various faults (including overheating and power failure).
The front panel display shows the operating status and fault conditions. All amplifier control functions and status indicators can be remotely accessed via GPIB/IEEE-488, RS-232, fiber serial, USB or Ethernet. The interface connectors are located on the rear panel. The local and remote operations are managed by the switches on the front panel.
This is a multi-purpose amplifier. Its low stray signal level and linearity make it an ideal driver for testing wireless and communication components and subsystems. By covering such a wide bandwidth, it is suitable for 5G testing applications. Due to its A-class design, it is also applicable to EMC testing applications that require continuous operation under high VSWR loads (including open circuit and short circuit).
