Product Description:
When deploying emerging high-speed serial bus technologies, identifying the spectral components of a wideband wide RF signal, or analyzing transient physical phenomena, you need to get the most realistic characteristics of the signal under test. The Agilent Infiniium 90000 X series oscilloscope has a 32 GHz true analog bandwidth. By investing in proprietary IC processes, Keysight has achieved the industry's highest hardware analog bandwidth on its measuring instruments, while achieving the industry's lowest background noise and inherent jitter, and enabling the 90000 X series to deliver true analog hardware bandwidth up to 32 GHz. Due to the bottleneck of 16 GHz hardware technology, other manufacturers can only use digital signal processing enhancement technology or frequency domain interleaving technology to improve the test bandwidth of their oscilloscopes. However, these methods increase noise density and distortion, and can adversely affect the measurement accuracy. The 90000 X series has the lowest noise and inherent jitter in the industry to ensure superior measurement accuracy.
The latest test probe, introduced with the Infiniium 90000 X series oscilloscope, is available with a 30 GHz point probe attachment, and other attachments have a 28 GHz bandwidth. If you only buy a 16GHz probe initially, you can upgrade them to a higher bandwidth whenever you need them in the future.
