Keysight's DSOX91304A now features EZJIT+ a new tail fitting algorithm that easily and efficiently separates difficult jitter cases such as aperiodic bounded uncorrelated jitter (ABUJ), which coupled with a low jitter measurement layer means accurate jitter images.
