Product Description:
The N7041A Rogowski coil current probe from Tektronix can measure up to 600 A of alternating current, with a bandwidth ranging from 12 Hz to 30 MHz. This probe features a thin, flexible, and user-friendly clamp-type Rogowski coil, which can perform current measurements in the most inaccessible parts and confined spaces of the tested circuit. It can also measure large alternating currents without increasing the size of the sensor.
The N7041A series is highly suitable for measuring alternating current in the presence of large DC currents. You can use the probe to design, debug, and troubleshoot faults in power semiconductor circuits, power supplies, inverters, and motor drives. These probes come with an AC power adapter and 4 AA batteries. Use them with any Tektronix oscilloscope that has a 1MΩ input BNC interface.
