Product Description
Luna 6415 and Luna 6435 utilize the Optical Frequency Domain Reflection Method (OFDR) technology to measure the relationship between backscattered light or transmitted light and distance. The extremely high sensitivity and sampling resolution (20 μm) make the 6400 series an ideal solution for photonic integrated circuits (Pics), silicon photonics, passive components, as well as optical fiber networks and components. The Luna 6400 system reduces the cost and complexity of the test by using one instrument to measure the length/delay of RL, IL and reflection or transmission.
