Product Description:
Santec PEM-340 extinction ratio tester is manufactured with patented technology, which can achieve full-wavelength measurement of 1260~1630nm. The extinction ratio tester has extremely high extinction ratio test accuracy and polarization angle test accuracy, and can measure extinction ratio up to 50dB. Equipped with a GPIB interface, it is suitable for the assembly of optical components for polarization axis adjustment and the quality control and inspection of polarization-maintaining fiber fusion.
