Description:
The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. This probe has a flat bandwidth (DC-100 MHZ), low noise (<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Automatic demagnetization (demagnetization) and calibration can eliminate any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is directly powered by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interfaces without the need for an additional power supply.
The N2893A is highly suitable for capturing transient current signals, such as those in motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers that drive inductive loads.
