When used in conjunction with the 86107A precision time base, the 86116C becomes an ideal solution for ultra-high-speed avefom analysis. It belongs to the photoelectric module family of the Infiniium series oscilloscopes and is specially designed for 25G/28G/32G NRZ and 56G/64G PAM4 optical signal testing. It is suitable for the research and development and verification of data centers, 5G and optical modules (such as QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2).
