88R 16是可以同时熔接12芯光纤的带状光纤熔接机。 旧机型在长期使用以后，V型槽上面会堆积光纤的残留物，如果不定期清扫会引起光纤的偏移量和损耗过大，但是清扫会增加整体的操作时间。 88R16带状光纤熔接机配备有同类机型更换V型槽功能，不仅解决了旧机型的问题，替换用的V型槽也属于标准配置。新的V型槽即使在施工现场也能够简单的更换，可以缩短维护时间，提高操作效率。 另外，新设计的V型槽能够熔接传统的12芯密封带状光纤，也能够熔接200um和250um两种间距的SWR蛛网带状光纤。如果有需要的话，88R16同样可以熔接单芯光纤。 以及通过智能刀片管理技术实现同时与两把CT50切割刀无线连接通信。
The 88R 16 is a ribbon optical fiber splicer capable of simultaneously splicing 12 core optical fibers. After long-term use of old models, residues of optical fibers will accumulate on the V-shaped grooves. If not cleaned regularly, it will cause excessive fiber offset and loss. However, cleaning will increase the overall operation time. The 88R16 ribbon optical fiber splicing machine is equipped with a V-shaped groove replacement function for similar models, which not only solves the problems of the old model but also the V-shaped groove used for replacement is a standard configuration. The new V-shaped groove can be simply replaced even at the construction site, which can shorten the maintenance time and improve the operational efficiency. In addition, the newly designed V-shaped groove is capable of splicing traditional 12-core sealed ribbon optical fibers, as well as SWR web ribbon optical fibers with two spacings of 200um and 250um. If necessary, the 88R16 can also splice single-core optical fibers. And it can achieve wireless connection and communication with two CT50 cutting knives simultaneously through intelligent blade management technology.
