The HXC55yn online sensor head elevates the robustness of the T-Ray® 5000 terahertz system to a new level, enabling it to operate in industrial environments. It is very easy to obtain reflection measurements of thickness, multi-layer thickness and base weight
. There are various lenses available for adjusting the measurement spot size and working distance.
The transmitter and receiver are firmly installed in a sealed metal casing. The umbilical cable of the transceiver contains electrical and optical connections and is composed of highly flexible rated cables
Continuous scanning is allowed.
When connected to the T-Ray® 5000 control unit, the HXC55yn will provide excellent waveform response and be capable of offering detailed reflection measurements of layered surfaces.
