概述：

AS0102 系列固态功率放大器遵循 MILMEGA 的传统，提供紧凑、可升级的微波功率放大器解决方案，具有经过现场验证的可靠性。模块化设计使国内服务、维护和工厂升级到更高功率型号变得容易。 这款基于GaAs的放大器专为覆盖1 - 2 GHz频段而开发，具有出色的线性度和低谐波。

该装置采用一体式风扇风冷，并通过过高温度感应防止冷却故障。提供了一个安全联锁连接器，用户可以将其短路到地，以将放大器置于待机模式。提供前面板指示灯以指示过热和射频互锁情况。

Overview:
 
The AS0102 series of solid-state power amplifiers follow MILMEGA's tradition of providing compact, scalable microwave power amplifier solutions with field-proven reliability. The modular design makes it easy for domestic service, maintenance, and plant upgrades to higher power models. This GaAs-based amplifier was developed specifically to cover the 1-2 GHz band with excellent linearity and low harmonics.
 
The device adopts integrated fan air cooling and prevents cooling failure through excessive temperature induction. A safety interlocking connector is provided that the user can short-circuit to ground to put the amplifier in standby mode. Provide front panel indicator to indicate overheating and RF interlock.

Capable of delivering up to 20W output power from DC to 30GHz frequency
Operating temperature: -40℃ to 85℃
