本气浮光学平台分为桌面和气浮桌腿2部分
其中桌面:采用三层夹心设计,上表面采用铁磁不锈钢,中间为井字蜂窝结构,最下表面为碳钢板。
气浮桌腿为公司独立设计的气室结构，进口水平传感器,保证了产品具有优质的隔振性能。
The air-floating optical platform is divided into two parts: the table top and the air-floating table legs.
Among them, the desktop: adopts a three-layer sandwich design, the upper surface is made of ferromagnetic stainless steel, the middle is a well-shaped honeycomb structure, and the bottom surface is a carbon steel plate.
The air-floating table leg is an air chamber structure independently designed by the company, and the imported level sensor ensures that the product has high-quality vibration isolation performance.
