Current designs for faster data rates and smaller timing margins require oscilloscopes with outstanding signal acquisition performance and analysis capabilities. Tektronix MSO/DPO5000B series oscilloscopes not only have outstanding signal fidelity, but also provide up to 2 GHz bandwidth and 10 GS/s sampling rate, as well as advanced analysis and mathematical operations. These functions are available for you to enjoy at any time. Windows®-based analysis software can be run on the oscilloscope. You can easily capture complex signals with a single click of the visual trigger. The MSO model includes 16 digital timing channels. The configuration of all models can decode common serial protocols, so that you can fully understand your system.
