Chroma62024P-100-50 programmable DC current provides many unique features for ATE integration and testing. These capabilities include fixed power operating ranges, output current and voltage measurements, output trigger signals, and the ability to simulate complex DC transient waveforms to test equipment for transient breaks and voltage rise deviations from other voltages. The 62024P-100-50 is a new standard for high accuracy programmable DC power supplies designed specifically for automated testing in D2D converters and other similar products.
The Chroma62024P-100-50 programmable DC power supply has 16bit high-resolution accurate voltage and current read back function, which means that no complicated additional shunt/voltmeter is required to accurately measure the input parameter reading of the object under test.
Chroma62024P-100-50 programmable power supply also has an I/O port that provides 8 bitTTLs, DC-ON, protected output signal, remote suppression function and output trigger signal for system timing measurement.
Another unique feature of the Chroma62024P-100-50 series power supply is the ability to create complex DC transient waveforms. This feature can be used to test equipment for input voltage leakage, transient interruption and other voltage changes. It is ideal for aircraft equipment testing, reverse converter testing and other equipment testing that can cause voltage interruption. Applications include DC/DC converters and reverse converters, voltage drop testing, engine startup simulation, automatic battery charging, electronic product life cycle testing, and more.
