N2796A is a new generation of low-cost single-ended active probe with AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates a wide range of features required for modern universal high-speed detection, and is particularly suitable for digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1 MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra-low load on the device under test. This advantage, combined with excellent signal fidelity, makes the probe particularly suitable for today's digital logic voltages. Moreover, with its wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±12 V), the probe can be used in a variety of applications.
