Product introduction:
Chroma 63112A programmable DC electronic load is mainly used in multi-channel or single-channel output AC/DC power supply, multi-channel or single-channel DC/DC output converter, charger and power electronic components performance test, to provide engineers in the design and development, production line testing and product inspection operations. Chroma 63112A adopts modular design. Users can put selected modules with different load power into the system host frame and control them through the front control panel keyboard, RS232, USB and GPIB standard interface.
Chroma 63112A Electronic load currently offers 8 load modules ranging from 30W to 1200W; Current can be from 0.5mA to 240A; The voltage can be measured from 0.5mV to 500V. Each module adopts isolation and ground float connection mode to avoid short circuit. Each load module has a two-stage current and voltage measuring file. The master/slave interface design can synchronously perform the application of multiple electronic load modules, which can be operated under constant current, constant voltage, constant power and constant resistance.
Chroma 63112A can simulate various dynamic load states. Users can edit load waveform by editing load voltage, load current, load rise/fall rate, current level, duration and other parameters. The storage function of test parameters and states can be up to 100 groups. At any time from the instrument in the storage unit EEPROM call out for use.
Each load module in Chroma 63112A adopts multi-stage 16-bit high-precision piezoelectric flow measurement lines. Users can measure and adjust online voltage or simulate short circuit testing through the front control panel's easy-to-operate keyboard. The Chroma 63112A also comes with an optional remote for automated production lines.
Chroma 63112A has a self-diagnosis system design, which can maintain the daily use of the instrument by itself. Chroma 63112A also has over power, over current, over temperature protection and over voltage, positive and negative electrode reverse alarm functions, which can greatly improve the reliability of the product, and is a reliable product integrating engineering test and automatic test system.
