The Agilent B2902A Precision Source/Measurement Unit (SMU) is a 2-channel, compact and cost-effective desktop SMU capable of delivering and measuring voltage and current. It is versatile and can perform I/V (current and voltage) measurements easily and with high precision. Integrated 4 quadrant source and measurement function, simple and easy I/V measurement without having to configure multiple instruments. The wide coverage of 210 V, 3 A DC/ 10.5A pulses with a single instrument minimizes investment. The minimum measurement resolution of 100 fA/100 nV supports accurate characterization of DUT. The superior 4.3-inch color display and various view modes increase the efficiency of testing, debugging and characterization through intuitive operation.
