Keithley 7001 Product Introduction:
The Model 7001 is a half-frame, high-density, two-slot host that supports the most ubiquitous signal in the test and measurement industry, from NV to 1100V, microamper-to-5a DC switching function; This, combined with RF and optical switching capabilities, makes the 7001 a measurement tool for a wide range of applications. The built-in scan control eliminates the need for computer control of each step of the test program, and memory stores up to 100 complete switch patterns.
