DMM7510 integrates a high-precision, high-resolution digital multimeter (DMM), a graphic touch screen display, and a high-speed, high-resolution digitizer. It is the first graphic sampling multimeter. It has pA sensitivity and a sampling rate of 1M samples per second, which can accurately measure the ultra-low sleep mode current and the leakage current of the transmission wireless device.
