The keysight 11713c attenuator / switch driver conforming to LXI standard can drive and control 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches remotely or through the front panel. The keysight 11713c can also be used to individually control up to 20 switches. This flexible and independent attenuator / switch driver is mainly designed for desktop and ate environment. It provides intuitive user interface, a variety of switch options, software programming function and remote control function, and supports users to carry out design verification and automatic test quickly and easily.
The integrated power supply eliminates the need for users to use external power. The keysight 11713c is equipped with 9 optional plug-in drive cables to provide point-to-point connections for Shide technology programmable attenuators and switches.
