Delta运算

通过获取各单元的电压和电流瞬时测量值之和及之差,可以得出线电压和相电压。

  • 在三相3线制系统中计算没有测量的线电压和相电流(图1)。
  • 星形-三角形转换: 使用三相4线制数据根据相电压计算线电压。
  • 三角形-星形转换: 在三相3线制(3V3A制)系统中根据线电压计算相电压(图2)。

电机评价: 电角度/旋转方向测量

可以通过转速传感器或扭矩传感器的模拟/脉冲输入来测量电机的转速、 扭矩和输出(机械功率)。

谐波和双谐波测量

可以同时测量失真因数(如THD)、 基波和谐波成分。 即使在50ms的数据更新率下, 也可以测量高达500次的谐波。 用户还可以同时测量两个不同源的谐波。

Electric and hybrid vehicles have many electronic and mechanical components. Therefore, the overall performance evaluation needs to measure the efficiency. The WT1800E can perform measurements on 6 power inputs, is flexible in operation and has a wide bandwidth, and is an ideal tool for testing and evaluating the efficiency between the input and output of the inverter. With the optional motor evaluation function, the WT1800E can measure speed and torque changes.

Delta calculation

By obtaining the sum and difference of the instantaneous measured values of voltage and current of each unit, the line voltage and phase voltage can be obtained.

  • Calculate the unmeasured line voltage and phase current in a three-phase three-wire system (Figure 1).
  • Star-delta conversion: Use three-phase 4-wire data to calculate the line voltage based on the phase voltage.
  • Delta-star conversion: In a three-phase 3-wire (3V3A) system, the phase voltage is calculated based on the line voltage (Figure 2).

Motor evaluation: electrical angle/rotation direction measurement

The rotational speed, torque and output (mechanical power) of the motor can be measured through the analog/pulse input of the rotational speed sensor or torque sensor.

Harmonic and dual harmonic measurement

The distortion factor (such as THD), fundamental wave and harmonic components can be measured simultaneously. Even at a data update rate of 50ms, harmonics up to the 500th order can be measured. Users can also measure harmonics from two different sources at the same time.

Battery charge and discharge measurement

Through integral measurement, the charge and discharge of the battery can be evaluated. Capture instantaneous positive and negative values at a high-speed sampling rate of 2MS/s.

Line filter can filter out high frequency components

In the power evaluation of the inverter waveform, the measured value will be affected by high frequency components. Through the digital filter function, unnecessary high frequency components superimposed on the signal can be removed. Each input unit can set the filter individually. The WT1800E comes standard with 1MHz, 300kHz analog filters and digital filters (100Hz steps) that can be set between 100Hz and 100kHz.

Overview

The energy generated by photovoltaic cell modules and wind turbines is converted from direct current to alternating current through a power conditioner. Minimizing the losses in these conversions can improve the efficiency of the entire energy system. Each WT1800E can provide up to 6 channels of power input, and can measure the voltage, current, power and frequency (AC) before and after each converter, as well as converter efficiency and charging efficiency.

Battery charge and discharge measurement

The charge and discharge of the battery can be evaluated through integral measurement. The instantaneous positive and negative values are captured at a high-speed sampling rate of approximately 2MS/s, integrated respectively, and each total value is displayed.

DA output and remote control

While acquiring data such as voltage, current, power, and efficiency, sometimes it may be necessary to check the changes in the data along with other measurement data (temperature, etc.). The DA output function allows the output of up to 20 channels of analog signals.
