Description
The Keysight E6640A EXM wireless test set uses Keysight’s industry-proven platform for multi-device and multi-format non-signaling manufacturing test in a single compact configuration. Integrated state-of-the-art automation and efficient sequencing for optimized speed of execution help reduce 5G device manufacturing cost of test and speed up time-to-market.
