The economical and practical 2401 is the latest product of Keithley's 2400 series digital source meters, designed for low-voltage test applications that require tightly coupled sources and measurements. Similar to all 2400 series digital source meters, the 2401 has precision voltage and current sources and measurement capabilities (1μV–20V and 10pA–1A). The 2401 is both a highly stable DC power supply and a true instrument-grade 5-digit multimeter. The characteristics of DC power supply include low noise, high accuracy and readback. The functions of the multimeter include high repeatability and low noise. Finally, a compact single-channel DC parameter tester is realized. In use, 2401 can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter.
