Main features and functions
1.With a wide range of tester options, you can choose the configuration that best suits your testing needs: 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz/3 GHz, 2-port, 50 or 75 Ω, transmission/reflection or S-parameter tester
2.Use the Low Frequency - RF option (Option 3L5/3L4/3L3) for a wide range of applications: 5 Hz to 3 GHz, 2-port, 50 Ω, S-parameter tester, gain phase test port, built-in DC bias source
3.Combine network analysis and impedance analysis in a single instrument to customize your application (Options 3L5/3L4/3L3 and 005)
