Series 2600A shows the I-V latest Keithley Source - measuring instruments, both as desktop I-V characteristic analysis tool, may be part of a multi-channel I-V test system. For desktop-level applications, the 2600A series provides an embedded TSP® Express test software that allows users to quickly and easily perform common I-V tests without programming or installing software. For system-level applications, the 2600A's TSP architecture and new features, such as parallel test capabilities and precision clock synchronization, provide the industry's highest throughput, thereby reducing test costs.
The 2600A Series Digital Source Meter replaces the popular 2600 Series Digital Source Meter with extended performance. Because the 2600A series provides backward code compatibility to the 2600 series, customers can simply replace the 2600 series with the 2600A series.
