The Keithley 3706A-SNFP is a 2U-high, 19-inch rack-mount six-slot system switch mainframe delivered without front-panel display or keypad. It is engineered for high-density, multichannel automated test applications and accepts the full family of 3700A switch, matrix and digital I/O cards, providing up to 576 two-wire or 720 one-wire multiplexer channels—or 2 688 one-pole matrix crosspoints—in a single chassis. Integrated LXI, USB and GPIB interfaces plus an on-board TSP® (Test Script Processor) engine allow complete test sequences to execute inside the instrument, eliminating PC communication delays and boosting throughput. When combined with the optional high-performance 7½-digit DMM, it forms a tightly integrated switch-and-measure system ideal for functional test and data acquisition in semiconductor, component, power module and automotive electronics applications.
