E4808A is a high-performance central clock module, featuring an internal phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency generator, which is used to provide the system clock. Depending on the selected frequency, the clock frequency of the data module can be set to be 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, or 256 times (either increasing or decreasing) of the system clock. The frequency range is from 170kHz to 675MHz, with a resolution of 1Hz. The internal PLL reference timing accuracy is ±50ppm, and the PLL lock time is 100ms. The external clock input frequency / period range is from 170kHz to 10.8GHz. This module can meet the clock requirements of various application scenarios and serves as the core clock source in complex systems to provide stable and reliable clock signals.
