LUNA PDD-001 is a highly sensitive polarization diversity detector, suitable for applications such as sensors, performance monitoring, and polarization analysis. Characteristics
Performance parameters: The detection sensitivity at 1550nm wavelength is 0.95A/W, and at 1310nm wavelength it is 0.90A/W. The operating wavelengths are mainly 1310nm and 1550nm, and other wavelengths can be customized according to requirements. The rising/falling time of the detector is less than 10ns when the bias voltage is 5V and the load resistance is 50Ω. The capacitance is typically 18pf. The dark current is less than 0.20nA at 23℃ and -5V bias, and less than 20nA at 70℃ and -5V bias. The maximum bias voltage is 15V, the maximum reverse current is 5mA, the maximum forward current is 45mA, and the noise equivalent power is 8.42E-15W.
