Product Overview:
The system conducts multi-channel high-precision continuous measurement of tiny resistances of conductors such as solder joints and connector contacts in a temperature cycling environment ranging from low to high temperatures by using the 4-terminal testing method. This is done to evaluate the correctness and reliability of electronic assembly and materials. The operation software can automatically measure and record data in real time, graphically display the changes in tiny resistances and the temperature changes in the test chamber, and can also process the data via LAN for efficient and precise online assessment of connection reliability. Applicable standards: IPC-9701A; IPC-TM-650_2.6.7A; IPC-TM-650_2.6.7.2B.
Product Features:
Self-developed multi-point scanning method, equipped with measurement instruments in accordance with international standards. Online continuous monitoring: The system is linked with the RS485 universal interface of the high and low temperature cold and hot shock test chamber, enabling high-precision online detection of minute resistance changes in conductors, significantly improving the test efficiency. Two failure criteria: absolute value criterion and rate of change criterion, can accurately capture the minute changes in the resistance of the joint conductors. Real-time measurement using a computer, and during the measurement process, data can be edited, previewed, and processed automatically through the computer, with the data systemized for automatic measurement, collection, and processing.
